I Race - Popular March - International Women's Day - Beniel 2020 (24/02/2020)

The City of Beniel, through the departments of Women and Equality and Sports, has organized the First Race - Popular March - International Women's Day.

This competition is made up of a 5,000-meter route that will cover the roads of the municipality.

This initiative aims to strengthen the nexus of coexistence, respect and equality that constitutes sport and vindicate throughout the eight of March the importance of full equality.

All prizes will be delivered evenly.

REGULATION

Article 1.- Date, place and time.

Date: Sunday, March 8, 2020

Departure Time: 10:30 March and Race

Departure and finish: Plaza Ramón y Cajal, Beniel (Region of Murcia)

Article 2.- Distance.

March: 5,000 meters.

Race: 5,000 meters.

Article 3.- Registration.

The online registration period will close on Thursday, March 2 at 24 hours.

Face-to-face registration can be done on Saturday, March 7 at the Social Center from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Also on March 8 from 8.30 to 10.00 in the morning in the Ramón y Cajal square.

Registration for the march and the race will be done on the form at www.asuspuestos.com.

Payment will be made by card on the same website.

Registration fees:

For the race: 7 euros.

For the march: 7 euros.

The face-to-face registrations will cost 7 euros for the inhabitants of the municipality of Beniel and 10 euros for the rest.

It is essential to present the ID for registration.

Article 4.- Dorsals.

The numbers can be collected:

On Saturday, March 7 at the Social Center.

From 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Article 5.- Control of the race test and timing system.

The tests will be controlled by chip system and will be delivered at the exit, and must prove the valid identity and registration to be able to withdraw it.

If you wish to collect another person's number, you must present a photocopy of your NIF / NIE / Passport, along with the registration and authorization receipt.

The dorsal is personal and non-transferable and must be placed on the chest, being visible (it cannot be covered, or on the back), for proper control of the test and timing.

Article 6.- Circuit

It is an urban circuit, practically flat and in which the long lines predominate.

It consists of 5,000 m .. However, the organization reserves the right to modify the circuit based on contingencies and conditions that may occur, trying at all times to respect the distance and its characteristics.

There will be a liquid refreshment point at the end of the test.

Article 7.- Categories, Trophies And Medals

March on foot.- It has a non-competitive nature, therefore, there will be no trophies.

Each person enrolled in the march will be presented with a shirt and other gifts.

Career.- They will have a trophy or medal to the first 3 classified in the male and female category.

Each runner will be presented with the supplies bag that will include a t-shirt and other gifts.

A prize for the largest club to participate is included.

The established categories both female and male are:

FEMALE PROMISE / MALE PROMISE (Up to 20 years)

FEMALE SENIOR / MALE SENIOR (From 21 to 30 years old)

VETERAN TO FEMALE / VETERAN TO MALE (From 31 to 40 years old)

VETERANA B FEMALE / VETERANO B MALE (From 41 to 50 years old)

VETERANA C FEMALE / VETERANO C MALE (From 51 to 60 years old)

The trophy delivery of the categories will be immediately at the end of the race.

Article 8.- Medical care

The Healthcare will be provided by the Red Cross, which will have an ambulance with a doctor, located on the Start and Finish Line.

Each participant at the time of registration declares to be in an adequate physical and psychic form to face the challenge of this test and assumes the risk derived from this sports practice.

Accident insurance for participants in the race and Civil Liability insurance of the Organizer will be signed.

Cases derived from a latent condition, disregard of laws, recklessness, those caused by displacement to or from the place where the test is carried out are excluded from the policy.

Article 9.- Disqualifications.

It will be grounds for disqualification:

Do not complete the entire journey on foot through the place marked by the organization.

Not comply with the schedule provided by the organization.

Show a manifestly unsportsmanlike attitude.

Failure to attend the trophy collection act will result in the loss of that right and the desert prize will remain.

Article 10.- Acceptance of the Regulation.

The participants, by registering freely and voluntarily, declare to know and fully accept this Regulation.

By simply registering, the participant declares the following: "I am in optimal health to participate in the test. The test may only be suspended for inclement weather or force majeure.
