The deputies of the Partido Popular in Beniel today presented a document on the delegation of the Government that claims to take appropriate measures to prevent railway line which divides the town.
Deputies of the PP have given this document after participating in a rally at the Government Delegation, which have also been part of Sector Deputy Secretary People's Party of the Region of Murcia, José Gabriel Ruiz, and Rep. Martin Quiñonero regional.
Councilman Raul Nortes Beniel PP explained that "in addition to the projected railway Zapatero's government is not needed by the region and instead promises AVE High Performance only, try to divide our town in two."
"Not only isolate the region of the high speed, but also will be divided into two Beniel municipality.
At this, the PPP councilor noted that "we do not want divisions or walls to prevent the growth and development Beniel."
Therefore, in the letter presented today at the Delegation, the mayors of PP request information about the project.
"We demand that we take account also of the meetings held by the delegate of the government and the mayor of Beniel, because the neighbors need to know the reality of the railway line passing through the town," he concluded.
