Starting today, the exhibition "Confinement 2020-Free Thoughts", held by the municipality's association "Friends of Painting", is open to the public.
The Pepe Rubio exhibition hall, located in the Cultural Center, will host the exhibition for the enjoyment of citizens from June 04 to July 10.The capacity of the room has been reduced, in compliance with the sanitary indications.
For its access, safety and hygiene measures have been reinforced and the use of a mask is mandatory, respect the two-meter distance between users, do not touch commonly used items and use the disinfectant hand gel installed at the entrance to the room .
If you have symptoms compatible with COVID-19 (fever, cough, feeling of shortness of breath) do not go.The paintings on display have been made during these months of isolation by the association, which is made up of friends who are fond of painting.
Having to suspend face-to-face classes they decided to temporarily replace them with video calls in order to continue creating artistic works.
In this way they have communicated through painting and each of them has channeled their "thoughts" through the canvas.
Thanks to art, his ideas have remained "free" despite the measures of confinement. This exhibition can be visited from Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m.
to 1:30 p.m.
and from Monday to Thursday from 4:00 p.m.
to 8:00 p.m., always complying with sanitary measures, both for capacity reduction and distancing.
We appeal once again to individual responsibility for the safe use of public facilities.
