The Beniel City Council gives transfer of the new current legislation published both in the Official State Gazette and in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia, once a new state of alarm has been decreed throughout the national territory. On this occasion, the competent delegated authority falls on the presidency of the autonomous governments, so it is the Regional Government that imposes the guidelines to be followed.
The new state of alarm aims to reverse the situation of expansion of COVID19 and to be able to regain control of the pandemic throughout the national territory. Limitation to night mobility:A restriction on night mobility between 11:00 p.m.
and 06:00 a.m.
is established throughout the autonomous region.
During this period, it will not be possible to circulate on the roads or spaces of public use except for justified reasons included in the Official State Gazette: a) Acquisition of medicines, health products and other essential goods.b) Assistance to health centers, services and establishments.c) Assistance to veterinary care centers for urgent reasons.d) Compliance with labor, professional, business, institutional or legal obligations.e) Return to the place of habitual residence after carrying out some of the activities foreseen in this section.f) Assistance and care for the elderly, minors, dependents, people with disabilities or especially vulnerable people.g) Due to force majeure or situation of need.h) Any other activity of a similar nature, duly accredited.i) Refueling at gas stations or service stations, when necessary tocarrying out the activities set forth in the preceding paragraphs.The Regional Government has announced the curfew for establishments aimed at the public between 23:00 and 06:00.Limitation of maximum capacity:50% capacity in places of worship in closed spaces.
50% capacity in retail stores and public service activities.
50% capacity for cinemas, theaters, auditoriums, libraries, exhibition halls and outdoor cultural activities.
30% capacity inside the hotel and restaurant premises.
The terraces have no capacity limit.New regulatory regulations:Eating and drinking in public spaces not belonging to hotel and restaurant establishments is prohibited when it is not possible to maintain a safe distance, except for cohabitants. The cessation of face-to-face activity is ordered in all Day Centers for the elderly.The federated sports practice of autonomous competition for minors under 18 years of age will be limited to training sessions, with groups of maximum ten and provided with surgical masks.Sanitary recommendations:The entire population is recommended to download the Radar-COVID application and to self-compile a personal record of the people with whom they have had a direct relationship in order to facilitate contact tracing. Citizens should limit social contacts outside of stable coexistence groups as much as possible.
It is also recommended the postponement of the parties and celebrations after the wedding ceremonies and of any kind, whether civil or religious.The population is recommended to stay at home, limiting outings for essential activities and avoiding closed spaces, as well as those environments in which activities incompatible with the use of the mask are carried out.
