The regional government has communicated that in order to stop the spread of Covid-19, a perimeter confinement is established in the Region of Murcia, as well as in the 45 municipalities that make it up. The measure implies the restriction of mobility and does not allow the entries and exits of the autonomous community, as well as of the municipalities, except for justified reasons, which are the following:a) Assistance to health centers, services and establishments.b) Compliance with labor, professional, business, institutional or legal obligations.c) Attendance at university, teaching and educational centers, including nursery schools.d) Return to the place of habitual or family residence.e) Assistance and care for the elderly, minors, dependents, people with disabilities or especially vulnerable people.f) Travel to financial and insurance entities or refueling stations in neighboring territories.g) Required or urgent actions before public, judicial or notarial bodies.h) Renewals of permits and official documentation, as well as other administrative procedures that cannot be postponed.i) Taking exams or official tests that cannot be postponed.j) Due to force majeure or situation of need.k) Any other activity of a similar nature, duly accredited.The measure will be adopted until November 9, although according to the statement it may be extended depending on the health situation.
The perimeter confinement does not imply a home confinement like that of last March, only the limitation to leave the municipal term or the Region of Murcia.
Mobility within the municipality will continue to be allowed, except between 11:00 p.m.
and 06:00 a.m.The regional government has also adopted the decision to cease activity inside hotel and restaurant establishments, allowing only service on the terraces.
This measure will be applied in ten locations, among which is Beniel.
In addition, the cessation of the activity of the gambling and betting establishments in the town is decreed.Within the framework of the new measures and with the aim of reducing mobility, the decision has been taken to close the municipal sports facilities, with the exception of the Racket Zone, for the next fourteen days.We ask the public to be extremely cautious and to avoid the relaxation of protection and prevention measures, as well as we appeal to strict compliance with health legislation.
