The second call for direct municipal aid for hospitality, commerce and the self-employed, open from November 6 to 25, has received a total of 110 applications For this, the administrative procedures have been reduced and The documentation already presented in the previous call has been respected. With these municipal aid, within the framework of the project for economic and social revitalization Emplea Beniel, the City Council continues to support the sectors most affected by the pandemic and by the new restrictive measures adopted by the health authorities regional.
The City Council, in order to respond to all requests, has increased the budget for municipal aid to SMEs and the self-employed by 7,000 euros, reaching a total of 92,500 euros.
Up to now, 105 applications from the first call for a value of 56,600 euros have already been resolved and granted. The municipal employment services are finalizing the verification of all the files presented.
The Local Government Board meets in an extraordinary way on December 28 to approve the payment of the granted applications. For any questions about the process, the Local Development Agent (ADL) of the municipality will attend all requests for information and inquiries.
