This action is part of the improvement measures and respect for the environment as part of social responsibility Adif

Adif has approved the award of a contract for the provision of services for the drafting of landscape integration activities in the municipality of Beniel (Murcia), included in the work carried out within the High Speed Line Madrid-Castilla-La Mancha Valencia-Murcia.

This contract, awarded in the amount of 240,371.9 euros (VAT included), includes a series of actions aimed at improving the integration of the infrastructure landscape in the area, works related to high-speed platform to perform .

The papers refer to the following:

- Increased territorial permeability, which includes analysis of existing cross steps and people traffic and side roads that flank the platform.

- Improved integration of high-speed line.

Includes the study of the final state of the corridor to make improvements in environmental and landscape integration.

- Protection of urban noise through screens to ensure allowable noise threshold and integration with the environment.

The contract was awarded to the Engineering GPO.

European Funding

Within the Community Support Framework 2000-2006, the total aid granted by the European Union's new High Speed Line Madrid-Castilla La Mancha-Valencia-Murcia region reached EUR 575 million euros from the Fund Cohesion, 125 million euros from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), and 48 million euros from TEN-T funds.

For 2007-2013, the Cohesion Fund within the Cohesion Fund Operational Programme 2007-2013 ERDF co-part of the online platform with 726 million euros.

The European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) through the Operational Programme 2007-2013 co Valencia leg platform Elche-Murcia with 107.7 million euros as well as track and facilities.

Also, Operational Programmes of Castilla-La Mancha, Murcia 2007-2013 and 2007-2013 co-financed by various sections of the platform and the supply and installation of track and facilities.

The European Investment Bank also participates in the financing of this project.
