Adif completed pre-inspection of the buildings next to the works of high speed in the municipality of Beniel (Murcia) (05/10/2011)

The inspections and studies of facades and interiors of the buildings allow the current status of the buildings and monitored during construction

ADIF has completed the previous inspection of buildings in various parts of the municipality of Beniel (Murcia), close to the works of the High Speed ​​Line Madrid-Castilla La Mancha-Valencia-Murcia.

Through these surveys and previous studies, both as interior walls, determine the status of each property and buildings near the high-speed line, in order to know its current status and make subsequent follow-up.

Thus, in the municipality of Beniel has inspected the 96 homes (46 detached and 50 multi-family).

They have received 41 requests from individuals and community presidents have been treated all applications whose homes are in the area of ​​influence of the work.

Action in the Borough of Beniel accounted for approximately 20 percent of building inspection work populations Cox, Callosa de Segura and Orihuela, three in the province of Alicante, and Beniel, in the Region of Murcia.

The inspection work include the following actions:

Technical data collection and inventory of the properties subject to the performance.

Geotechnical analysis of the area where each building.

Preliminary inspection of the facades of buildings.

Internal inspection of the buildings and a representative number of the homes and premises of each building

Development of an inspection report for each house.

European Funding

The new High Speed ​​Line Madrid-Castilla La Mancha-Valencia-Murcia region is integrated into the Strategic Infrastructure and Transport Ministry of Development (PEIT) for the years 2005-2020.

Within the Community Support Framework 2000-2006, the total aid granted by the European Union to the new High Speed ​​Line Madrid-Castilla La Mancha-Valencia-Murcia region reached EUR 574.4 million from the Fund Cohesion 127.9 million euros from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and 48.2 million euros from TEN-T funds.

For the period 2007-2013, the Cohesion Fund under the Operational Program Cohesion Fund, ERDF 2007-2013, co-finances part of the online platform to 725.8 million euros.
