Between 2009 and 2010, the Zapatero government has invested 3 million euros in the City of Beniel
The Government Delegate in Murcia, Rafael González Tovar and Beniel Mayor, Roberto García, today inaugurated the Sports Complex of the municipality made under the Local Investment Fund of the municipality.
This work represents an investment by the Government of Spain of € 1,000,000 and has created 51 jobs.
Specifically, the works in the Sports Complex have involved the construction of a new dressing rooms that serve the field of artificial grass football 11 and Annexes fields located in the rear.
It has also undertaken the refurbishment and expansion of the grandstand of the football field to give more capacity to the sports facility.
Furthermore, this complex has adapted its composition of hits under current regulations, making it easier to access and evacuation links players bench area alternate, forming a whole in prominent places.
The Government delegate recalled that Beniel received from the Government of Spain last 2009 a total of 1,821,716 euros for the implementation of 8 projects of the Local Investment Fund, with which it has generated 112 jobs, of which 34 are start-up and 78 persons within the successful tenderers.
González Tovar has also reported that the new State Fund for Employment and Local Sustainability to be invested in 2010, will involve a further economic boost for the city of 1,143,884 euros.
"Overall, has clarified the Government-Beniel delegate of the Government of Spain receives about 3 million euros in two years: the largest investment in this town by any government in such a short time and which clearly reflects the will of the municipal- President Zapatero. "
Projects of the State Fund for Employment and Sustainability 2010
Among the projects the State Fund for Employment and Sustainability for 2010 is the refurbishment and expansion of the municipal pool deck Beniel Sports Complex, which involves an investment of 613,608.24 euros and will create 25 jobs.
This ambitious project includes replacing the roof and interior renovation of it in the locker room area.
It should be stressed that the replacement of that cover will be for a sandwich called "in situ", which will reduce energy losses, and the solar battery to be placed, which will result in the production of hot water 60% necessary for the pool.
Therefore, considerable energy savings achieved and to consolidate a sustainable facility.
Moreover, the Infanta Cristina Cultural Center will hold a new grid for the entire building, allowing scalability in the future, performance of a communications cabling, installation of a monitored UPS, or interconnection with the Consistory optical fiber.
This project will involve the investment of 187,037 euros.
